• Piemonte Eye fillet of Beef Medallions served with chatz potato, fresh garden vegetables, topped with a Dianne sauce

• Tender Lamb Loin served with mash potato, Mediterranean vegetables, topped with a red wine jus
  

• Grilled John Dory fillet with mash potato, seasonal vegetables and a livornaise sauce

Desert – served alternatively

• Home made Sticky Date Pudding served with ice cream and caramel sauce

• Strawberry tart with custard and strawberries on top
